Let me carry wood
 

They were on a journey… They took a break for eating. All of his friends took on a task. The prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:

“Let me carry wood for fire.” His friends wanted to prevent him from doing so:

“O Apostle of Allah! Have a rest; we will do that work, too.” The prophet Muhammad answered solemnly:

“I know that you would perform it willingly. However, I am not happy to be in a privileged position in a community. This is not liked by Allah, either.” And He continued to pick up woods. gül1
