Sexual health problems - please help

Salam brothers,

I have been having sexual health problems for two years.

It started a few days after my wedding:
1. No erection
2. No feeling in the penis
3. Urine dribbling problem

I have been to doctors, specialist doctors - they done scans, blood tests, hormone tests and they found nothing wrong

I am young and healthy and my wife is attractive

Maybe it is a punishment from my Lord or a test

...or black evil magic
