If You can do below below for 45 day you will get rid of problem but it depends below rules:

1-5 times pray

2-You have to stay away from big sins

Procedure:
a:
11 Times Drood sharif 1100 YA KAHHARO 11 TIMES DAROOD AND PRAY YOU R PROBLEM AND BLOW ON WATER AND DRINK (DAILY TWO TIMES MORNİNG AND EVENIN)

b:Minimum 3000 times istighfar daily in one row
